Partner Biz Coach was founded in 2016 in Québec City with a simple but powerful conviction: every business owner deserves a trusted thinking partner. Our founder, Camille Deschênes, spent fifteen years in corporate strategy consulting before realizing that the entrepreneurs she admired most — the ones building companies from scratch, hiring their neighbours, and shaping local economies — rarely had access to the same calibre of strategic support that large corporations enjoyed.
She started with a handful of clients, meeting them in coffee shops and co-working spaces, armed with a whiteboard marker and an unshakeable belief that clarity creates momentum. Word spread quickly. Within two years the practice had grown to a team of four coaches, each bringing deep expertise in a different facet of business — finance, operations, people leadership, and marketing strategy.
Today, Partner Biz Coach serves clients across all ten provinces and three territories. We have guided over four hundred businesses through pivotal moments: first hires, product launches, market expansions, ownership transitions, and everything in between. Our coaching philosophy has not changed since day one — listen deeply, challenge respectfully, and hold our clients accountable to the goals they set for themselves.
